傳統的神學院主要裝備教會傳道人，宣教士與神學院老師。但在神的國度裡，需要一批短宣或中宣的工人在美洲、亞洲、東南亞與歐洲各地牧養教會、教導神學課程與查經、講道、輔導，宣教與植堂。
北聖神學院以聖經與神學為基礎，配合實用的實踐神學課程，以有熱忱的師資團隊教導來裝備神國工人。神學生畢業後，不但可以在各地牧養教會，並可以短宣或中宣的方式來服事。

Global Vision, Holistic Care

North America Bible Institute (NABI) was established in January 2019 in California, USA, as an interdenominational, cross-church 501(c)(3) non-profit seminary. Its campus facilities and administration are supported by the Home of Christ Church in Cupertino (HOC5).

Traditional seminaries primarily equip full-time pastors, missionaries, and theological educators. However, in God's kingdom, there is a vital need for a workforce dedicated to short-term or mid-term missions. These workers shepherd churches, teach theological and Bible study courses, preach, counsel, engage in missions, and plant churches across the Americas, Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Grounded in Biblical and theological foundations, North America Bible Institute offers practical theology courses such as pastoral care, counseling, exegesis, preaching, missions, church planting, church administration, and media design. Through a passionate faculty team, NABI equips workers for the Kingdom of God. Upon graduation, students are prepared not only to shepherd local churches but also to serve through short-term or mid-term missions.
